How to Prepare for the ATI TEAS 7 Math Test?
The ATI TEAS 7 (Test of Essential Academic Skills), known as TEAS 7, is an admissions test for nursing schools and is designed to assess a student’s preparedness to enter the health science field.
The last edition (the seventh edition) of the test, called the ATI TEAS 7 Test, was published by ATI Testing on June 3, 2026.
The ATI TEAS 7 Test consists of four multiple-choice sections:
- Reading: 45 Questions – 55 Minutes
- Mathematics: 38 Questions – 57 Minutes
- Science: 50 Questions – 60 Minutes
- English and Language Usage: 37 Questions – 37 Minutes
The Math portion will consist of around 38 multiple-choice questions. It covers two main topics: Number and Algebra; Measurement and Data.
Test takers will be allowed to use a four-function calculator during the Math section of the ATI TEAS 7 test.
A calculator will be included in the online version and students will be issued one at the testing center during a paper and pencil test.
