Choose a defined learner allowance or discuss unlimited-user rights for the agreed organization, locations, programs or products. Annual and lifetime options can be tailored to either approach.
Tell us if you need printed copies, classroom distribution, offline access, multiple locations, broader territories, additional languages or more than one product. We will define the appropriate rights and delivery scope with you.
For the content you purchase
Lifetime correction and replacement guarantee.
Lifetime customers can report a content error at any time. Confirmed errors in purchased questions, answers, explanations, lessons or included diagrams are corrected free.
- We review the reported issue and confirm the correction needed.
- We correct the content or replace it with comparable reviewed material.
- If we cannot correct or replace it within 30 days of confirming the issue, we provide a refund as defined in your agreement.
Annual customers receive corrections during their active term. Delivered materials can be used in your own system or teaching setting as specified in your license. New question banks, new publications, future curriculum or assessment revisions and ongoing custom integration work require a separate scope.
The guarantee concerns content accuracy. It does not guarantee an exam score, admission decision or business result. Item values and the correction process are defined in the written license.
From evaluation to your learners.
1. Define and evaluate
Share your subjects, learner levels, schedule and intended use. Tell us if you need full-year materials, teaching packets, custom content or your own branding. We confirm the proposed scope and arrange an evaluation sample before you commit.
2. Review and deliver
The selected package receives accuracy, overlap and rights checks before delivery. Your inventory records skill mapping, versions and review dates. We agree a delivery schedule after the sample and scope review.
Independent human educator review is included only when expressly listed in your proposal. An API, QTI export, offline distribution or custom platform integration requires a separate agreement.
Licensing questions.
Can you provide a full year of teaching materials?
Yes. We can prepare a full-year package for your agreed subjects, levels and teaching schedule. It can combine a learning sequence, teaching packets, lessons, student practice, homework, assessments and answer support. We confirm the included components, alignment and delivery plan with you.
Can we use the materials without your brand name?
Yes. Branded, unbranded and your-own-brand delivery can be included in your agreement. Tell us how you want the materials to appear, including logos, cover pages and document styling. Your license specifies attribution, adaptation and distribution rights; underlying content ownership remains as agreed.
Can we request a subject or resource that is not listed here?
Yes. Send your learning goals, subjects, levels and preferred format. We can select existing resources, develop original content or propose a combination. We confirm feasibility, review requirements and timing before agreeing the project.
How can we use the licensed materials?
Licenses can be tailored for educational websites, learning platforms, apps, learning centers, schools, tutoring programs and publishing projects. Tell us whether you need online display, classroom use, printed handouts, publications or another form of distribution. Your agreement specifies the permitted uses, audience, locations and channels.
Can we adapt the materials for our audience?
Your agreement can permit presentation changes, accessibility adaptations and added explanations for your platform, teaching materials or publication. Changes affecting subject accuracy, answers or diagrams require approval. Branding, attribution and ownership of your additions are agreed in writing.
What does lifetime use include?
Permanent use of the purchased, delivered package within the organization, program or product defined in your license. It includes the correction and replacement guarantee above. Additional products, new content, future curriculum or assessment revisions and custom services require separate terms. A capped lifetime plan retains its annual learner allowance.
Are the questions official exam questions?
They are independent practice materials. Official released samples, retired administered test questions, third-party passages, artwork and exam-owner logos are excluded unless separately identified and cleared. Effortless Math is an independent publisher and does not imply endorsement by assessment owners.
How current is the content?
The selected content is checked against the agreed curriculum or assessment requirements before delivery. Its publication information, substantive review dates, skill mapping and overlap disclosures belong to that specific inventory. A cover year alone does not establish an item review date.
Can we resell the content bank or get exclusive rights?
Standard licenses are for nonexclusive use within the organization, program or product specified in your agreement. Effortless Math retains ownership of its underlying content. Bank resale, sublicensing, additional products, exclusivity and ownership transfer require a separate agreement.
Can you create original content for us?
Yes. We can develop original questions, lessons, teaching packets, reading materials, activities and assessments for your agreed subjects and learning goals. Commercial rights, review requirements, quantity and delivery timing are defined in your proposal. Independent educator review can be arranged as part of the scope.
How do licensing and school book orders differ?
Copying, adapting or distributing materials within your own website, teaching program or publication requires agreed written permission. For ordinary book purchases for students or teachers, use our school and group order page.
What security and expiry terms apply?
Terms match the intended use. Digital projects address access controls, backups and protection against bulk extraction. Teaching and print projects define authorized users, copying and distribution. Annual use ends at expiry unless renewed; handling of existing copies and any content withdrawal is specified in writing.
