National Real Estate Salesperson practice test — general knowledge This original learning form uses the current Pearson national/general Salesperson outline and the 85-question, 150-minute general-section reference. It covers national concepts and federal requirements. It does not supply a state-law section or complete licensing preparation, and it is not an official exam or endorsement. The national starting version was selected for this hub's first form. Choose one best answer for each of the 85 questions. Allow 150 minutes, including review. Follow the stated assumptions and contract terms in each question. Use a simple silent, nonprinting calculator without alphabetic keys for this practice. No external references are needed. Remember 43,560 square feet per acre; where proration is tested, its day/year basis is given in the question. Digital exam rules and approved materials depend on your testing program; this printed fragment does not enforce the live computer interface or security controls. The form contains 80 original operational analogues and five original supplemental analogues. They are not official pretest items and have not been statistically calibrated. For timed practice, answer all questions before consulting the answer fields or explanations. Four choices per question are an editorial format supported by limited public examples, not a claim of a published Pearson option-count quota. For learning review after the test, exclude questions 17, 34, 51, 68, and 85 from the 80-point operational total. Award one point for each correct operational answer, zero for incorrect or blank, with no negative marking. Review the supplemental answers separately. A practice percentage is not an official passing score, equated licensure result, or prediction of eligibility. Check your jurisdiction's current requirements for the state portion and the actual appointment.
