Keep the answer-bearing files and four scripts away from the learner. Give only the learner task source, approved Reading booklet, blank writing/notepaper and student directions. Read Listening once in four parts using the stated speaker roles; keep corrections, hesitations and agreed choices intact. Different natural accents and distinct voices are needed for a produced soundtrack, but none is verified by this source package.
Preview pauses: allow learners to look at Q1–10, Q11–20, Q21–30 and Q31–40 at the start of the respective part. Natural pauses within parts can preview subsequent question groups without repeating speech. At an estimated160words/minute the4213words take26.33125minutes; about220.125seconds of editorial preview/check/transition pauses would produce30minutes. These are planning estimates, not measured performance or fixed publisher pause quotas. Measure a natural full read and adjust pauses before calling its timing verified. After Part4 allow two minutes for final checking. Do not use the three legacy voice-check clips as a complete or auditioned programme.
Run Reading for60minutes, Writing for60minutes, and the responsive Speaking interview for11–14minutes. Use Speaking-Facilitator.json for work OR study questions and related followups. Choose prompts responsively rather than requiring every question in its banks. Offer one minute of notes for the Part2 cue card and stop its long turn at two minutes, with brief rounding questions. The neither-work-nor-study route is an editorial accommodation, not a quoted official examiner procedure.
Source-only checks do not verify audio, accents, speech duration, printed typography, page overflow or rendered graphics. No compilation or renderer has been used.
