NHA CCMA — Original Practice Form 1 Allow 3 hours for all 180 questions. Choose one best answer for each question. This form is for students preparing for the NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant assessment under its current 2022 job-analysis plan. Work in a quiet setting. NHA computer testing provides a built-in calculator and prohibits personal calculators and outside references. For this printed practice, a simple calculator may substitute for the built-in tool. This is an explicit print adaptation; the computer interface is not reproduced. All questions are original. Clinical tasks assume appropriate training, delegation and applicable legal authority. Where a question provides a clinic or laboratory protocol, apply that stated protocol to the fictional case. It does not create a universal treatment rule or authorize independent diagnosis or prescribing. The form contains 150 items assigned to the official scored-domain allocation and 30 additional authored practice pilots interspersed throughout. No item is visibly marked as a pilot. These are original practice items, not NHA's actual field-test questions. The pilot allocation is editorial. After timing ends, use the answer key and explanations to review every question. Record the number correct out of 180 and the topic areas needing work. Teachers can use the private items.json operational flags to make a separate 150-item diagnostic count if useful. Both counts are learning measures only. Do not convert them to an NHA scaled score, pass probability, certification prediction or percentile. NHA's official assessment uses multiple-choice items. Four alternatives are used here as an editorial implementation; current public primary material did not establish an exact live option-count quota. Difficulty tags and the response mix are editorial estimates, not empirical calibration. This is a full-length study form aligned to the published plan, with disclosed print and format limitations.
