CLEP College Composition Modular Practice Test 1

Answer all 90 questions in 95 minutes. Every question has one best answer chosen from five options (A--E). College Composition Modular is the all-multiple-choice counterpart to CLEP College Composition: it tests the identical knowledge and skills (conventions of standard written English, revision skills, ability to use source materials, and rhetorical analysis) entirely through indirect, multiple-choice items instead of two timed student-written essays. Read every passage completely before answering the questions that follow it, and reread any sentence a question points you back to. No calculator or outside reference material is used on this exam. This independently written practice test is not an official CLEP form.
