AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based Practice Test 1
This practice subset contains 40 multiple-choice questions and is designed for 80 minutes. The official AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based Exam changes to 42 questions in 85 minutes beginning with the May 2027 administration, so this set is not a full-length replica of the current exam. Each question offers four answer choices (A--D); select the single best answer for each item. Several questions share a common diagram, data table, or graph presented immediately before the questions that reference it --- read each stimulus carefully before answering the questions tied to it. A four-function, scientific, or graphing calculator and the official Table of Information and Physics formula sheet may be used throughout this section, consistent with AP Physics 1 Exam policy. Unless stated otherwise, use $g=9.8 m/s^2$ and $G=6.67×10^-11 N·m^2/kg^2$. This is an independently written practice test created for study purposes and is not an official College Board form; it is not endorsed by or affiliated with the College Board or the AP Physics Program.
